As cancer survivors, the two of us have been on long healing journeys through allopathic, integrative, and metaphysical pathways. . We used our skills of awareness, inhibition and direction to facilitate the process of seeing deep patterns that were factors in our illness and to use conscious guidance in releasing the unhelpful energies.
From where we are now in our healing journey, Performance for Life means keeping those deep questions about life front and center. We are consciously bringing hidden layers of our selfhood to the light and we find by sharing with each other we are affirmed and enlivened. We feel ready to do this with a small gathering of colleagues who may have made healing journeys of their own.

We hope this offering will invite others to explore creative ways to connect with unconscious patterns as Karen shares some visual journaling and Kathy some subtle-pelvic movements. We will hold the space so that all participants can safely reveal and explore an authentic self together with others on a healing journey.
