About me
Kristin Mozeiko is the founder of ART of Releasing and an AmSAT-certified Alexander Technique teacher. She completed her three-year training at ATNYC in 2006 and later became a certified Releasing coach in 2019.
Dr. Mozeiko served on the faculty of Queens College from 2005–2019, where she taught music education, conducted the wind ensemble, and integrated the AT into music study and performance. She has also guest lectured at music colleges and universities and taught on the faculties of RIAT and ATNYC, mentoring AT trainees.
She holds a BA in Music Education, a MM in French horn performance, and completed her doctoral studies in music education. Her research and writing have focused on diversity in education and the integration of mind-body awareness into teaching and artistic practice.
In recent years, Kristin has expanded her clinical focus to include specialized work with individuals experiencing Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS), and Osteoporosis. Drawing from advanced study and lived experience, she supports clients in finding physical and emotional freedom.
Kristin is a proud volunteer member of The Alexander Technique Liberation Project (ATLP), centering Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging in the profession.
