About me
Karen DeWig, m. AmSAT, practices and teaches the Alexander Technique in Albuquerque, New Mexico. A teacher trainer, she enjoys integrating developmental movement and the Dart Procedures with the AT. An advanced cancer diagnosis in 2022 gave her the opportunity to apply her AT skills on a new level, investigating beliefs, thought patterns, and subtle energy work even more deeply. She continues to use these tools and resources to cultivate long-term health.
