Rebecca Tuffey gained her AT teacher certification from ACAT in 2004 after a decade of applying Alexander to singing, acting, dancing and young life in NYC. She completed her certification in Jessica Wolf’s Art of Breathing in 2010. Rebecca maintains a lively private practice in New York City, serves on faculty in the Acting for Film and Media program at Pace University and, before that, at The New School, and supports the Air Hunger Help community led by Simon Spire & Amira Glaser. Rebecca was Volunteer and Associate faculty at ACAT (2004-2018) and Senior faculty at RIAT (2018-2023). She proudly co-founded the Judith Leibowitz Scholarship Fund within AmSAT in 2019 and served as Co-Chair and Chair of the Fund through 2025.
