Please make your selections below to register for the conference, private lessons and small groups:

Please take note of the following:

1. Registration options are listed in order of value so please scroll through the entire list BEFORE making your selections
2. Select your appropriate registration type (for example: AmSAT Member, AmSAT Trainee/Early Career Teacher, Non-member, or Single Day registration) and purchase Tickets for private lessons or small groups (if desired). 
3. Private Lessons and Small Groups are available for selection in bundles i.e. Select the Two Private Lessons option if you would like to do two private lessons
4. Tickets redeemable for private lessons or small groups can also be purchased at a later time (based on availability).

To Build Your Schedule

• Click on Schedule at the top of the page.
• Browse sessions by day or session type using the Search box to the right of the screen.
• For the sessions you plan to attend, click the white circle in your preferred session to add to your personal schedule OR Hover over the session title and click Add to Schedule in the top left of the box that appears.
• You must have purchased private lessons or Small Group lessons in Tickets to select them for your schedule. 
• Access your personalized schedule by selecting My Schedule

Cancellation Policy 
● A 25% cancellation fee will be subtracted from the total registration, issued up to 30 days prior to the first day of the ACGM; 
● A 50% cancellation will be subtracted up to one week in advance of the ACGM
● No refunds will be granted in the seven days preceding the first day of the ACGM except in the case of documented emergency or illness.
